Prince Harry is set to miss Christmas with both King Charles and Prince William because of the explosive revelations in Omid Scobie’s book Endgame.
While Charles has extended the invitation for Christmas at Sandringham to Queen Camilla’s wider family – Harry and Meghan are staying stateside.
Harry and Meghan are understood to be staying in sunny California for Christmas, Tatler reports.
Camilla’s family have been invited which includes her son, Tom, and daughter, Laura, and her grandchildren include Lola, Eliza, Louis, Gus and Freddy.
Charles is thought to be close to Camilla’s family and has invited them.
Harry did manage to break a six-month silence in November and pick up the phone to ring Charles on his birthday though.
Charles even spoke to Meghan for a part of the phone call too.
And before all this drama with Endgame, a source told The Telegraph that Harry and Meghan would ‘unlikely’ turn down an invitation if they were invited to Christmas at Sandringham.
But this hope was short-lived when Omid Scobie accused both Kate and Charles of making remarks about the skin colour of Harry and Meghan’s first child, Archie, in a draft released in The Netherlands.
Mr Scobie refused to apologise and said: ‘It’s not for me to apologise because I still want to know what’s happened.’
It is not known whether Harry has spoken to his family since the shocking revelations.
