A serial mugger who robbed a man as he chatted to his friend Prince Harry has been jailed for two years.
Winful Taylor sparked a major security alert because the Nokia which Thomas van Straubenzee had been using to talk to Harry, contained telephone numbers of members of the Royal Family.
After hearing the scuffle, the prince raced to the scene from Clarence House with his close protection officer and circled the streets of Battersea looking for his friend.
When he could not find Mr van Straubenzee he drove to the nearest police station, where he found his friend reporting the crime.
