Netflix has released an explosive new trailer for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s show.
In it, the Duke of Sussex is seen alleging ‘they were happy to lie to protect my brother, but never willing to tell the truth to protect us’.
He also says he witnessed ‘institutional gaslighting’, before it’s claimed ‘they were actively recruiting people to disseminate disinformation’.
Meanwhile, the duchess says she ‘wasn’t thrown to the wolves, she was fed to the wolves’.
The trailer opens with Harry discussing the couple’s decision to step down as senior royals and leave Britain.
‘I wonder what would have happened to us, had we not got out when we did’, he says.
Meghan adds: ‘Our security was being pulled, everyone in the world knew where we were.’
In a clip that appears to show Harry leaving the UK for good, he expresses his relief and smiles. ‘We are on the freedom flight’, he tells the camera.

Later on, he says ‘I’ve always felt as though this was a fight worth fighting for’.
The couple does not specify exactly who their accusations concern in the trailer.
However, Harry has previously claimed there was a ‘combined effort of the Firm and the media to smear’ his wife.

The Royal Family has kept quiet over the controversial series so far, brushing it off with ‘no comment’.
In the first three episodes, Harry claimed royal men are tempted to ‘marry someone who fits the mould’, rather than for love, and said Meghan ‘doesn’t have a father’.
Meanwhile, the duchess revealed the ‘formality’ of the Royal Family often continues behind closed doors and said ‘salacious’ stories were ‘planted’ in the press in the lead-up to her wedding.
The last three episodes of the couple’s show are released on Thursday – shortly before senior royals unite at a carol concert that will pay tribute to the Queen.
