More than 90 minutes of footage from the Meghan and Harry interview has not yet been screened – and could be shown in the UK if a deal is done.
ITV is said to be interested in obtaining the rights to show the unseen material, reports the Sunday People.
The channel is believed to have paid around £1 million for the interview already screened, but this only included what was already shown on US channel CBS.
An industry source told the paper: ‘There is a lot of interest in showing the interview in full.
‘The original programme was the biggest show of the year so far in the UK and was bought by firms around the world.
‘Showing more of it would be a guaranteed ratings winner.

‘Oprah’s production company know they’re sitting on a goldmine so it’s possible a deal could be done.’
The full interview was three hours and 20 minutes long, but was cut to just an hour and 25 minutes.
More than 13 million people watched the interview on ITV the night after it was shown in America.
It was the biggest TV audience of the past 12 months for a programme not connected to Covid-19.
The explosive interview saw Harry and Meghan talk about the pressures of their former lives before they stepped down as working royals and moved to America.
The couple also accused an unnamed member of the royal family – not the Queen or Philip – of raising concerns about how dark their son Archie’s skin tone would be before he was born.
Buckingham Palace previously said the issues raised, especially over race, were ‘concerning’ and would be addressed by the Queen and her family privately.
