New pictures of the youngest royals have been released to mark their grandfather Prince Charles’ 71st birthday.
Meghan and Harry chose a picture of Archie in his baptism robes taken at his christening in July.
Prince Harry is holding his son proudly in his arms as Prince Charles stands by his side looking at his grandson.
The picture was posted on their Instagram account alongside the message: ‘Happy birthday to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales – Sir, Pa, Grandpa!’ followed by a birthday cake emoji.
The image was taken by Chris Allerton who was among just 25 guests at the intimate gathering at the Queen’s Private Chapel in Windsor Castle.
Meanwhile Prince William and Kate opted for an image of Prince Charles playing with their youngest son, Prince Louis.
The image, posted on Twitter, was taken last year in the gardens of Clarence House as part of a series of images to mark his 70th year.
It was also accompanied by a photo of Charles and William, and another of Charles, William and Harry, in military dress, laughing together.
The message read: ‘Wishing a very happy birthday to The Prince of Wales.’

Most will gather with the Queen for their traditional Christmas break at Sandringham but Prince Harry and Meghan have announced they will not attend.
Instead, they will spend the day with Meghan’s mother but it is not clear whether that will be in the US or the UK.
A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said: ‘Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the Duchess’s mother, Doria Ragland.
‘This decision is in line with precedent set previously by other members of the Royal Family and has the support of the Queen.’
The move has raised some eyebrows as many supporters of the monarchy expect the family to be together over the holiday.
Prince Harry and Meghan will take be taking six weeks off royal duties and there has been unconfirmed speculation they will spend Thanksgiving on November 28 in the US.
The move follows the bombshell documentary in which the couple admitted to be struggling to cope with royal life under the media glare.
Prince Harry also failed to quash rumours of tensions with his older brother Prince William as he admitted they were ‘on different paths.’
The Queen is said to be doing all she can to keep the Sussexes in the royal fold and often visits the family at their Frogmore Cottage home when she is staying at Windsor Castle.
Kate has also reportedly phoned Meghan after she told ITV interviewer Tom Bradby that ‘not many people ask’ how she is.
Archie’s last appearance in public was in September during the royal tour of Africa, where he met renowned anti-apartheid campaigner Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Prince Louis has not been seen since July when he was snapped wearing his mum’s sunglasses at a polo match and sticking his tongue out at his baby cousin and Aunt Meghan.
His two older siblings were pictured together in October cheering on Aston Villa at a football match.
