The world’s eyes are on Windsor this week as we wait for the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan’s first baby.
But until then it seems another cheeky child has opted to steal the limelight – by giving international reporters the middle finger.
The mischievous youngster was caught making the gesture live on Australian TV from the back of a white SUV.
Edwina Bartholomew, reporting for Australia’s breakfast show Sunrise on seven, was wrapping up her report as the vehicle drove up behind her.
The little boy then called to her from the car, before proceeding to give her the middle finger with a big grin on his face.
Replaying the clip, the presenter jokingly called the child a ‘little rotter’ before describing the area as the ‘mean streets of Windsor’.
She then laughed: ‘Wait till I get my hands on him!’
Reporters camped outside Windsor might finally get some news today after Meghan went into labour this afternoon.
Details of the new royal baby’s due date have been kept a closely guarded secret by Kensington Palace.
However, it was expected to be late April or early May after Meghan went on maternity leave on March 18.
But the couple are expected to remain tight-lipped when their bundle of joy arrives, meaning fans will have to wait for their first glimpse of the seventh in line to the throne.
Both Harry and Meghan have expressed their desire to celebrate the baby’s birth privately, before showing him or her off to the rest of the world.
