Prince Harry has given a pep talk to young recruits at the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre.
The Duke of Sussex showed up at the main training base in Devon for the first time today in his role as the Captain General.
He was flown there in a maritime attack helicopter after taking over the position from the Duke of Edinburgh.
The group he was advising were two weeks into their gruelling 32 weeks of training to earn the coveted Green Beret.
Prince Harry, who served in the forces for ten years, told them: ‘Are you all a bit like rabbits in the headlights? You’re going to need each other, that’s for sure.’

Prince Harry added: ‘It’s going to be blood, sweat and tears.
‘Every single time you end up going to bed where you’re crying, or got a sore leg, or an emotional issue to have to deal with – but it is without doubt probably one of the best professions you can ever be involved with.
‘You guys are in one of the top jobs, you get to be a marine and get to do everything that comes along with it.’

Prince Harry, who is a former Apache helicopter commander, also took time to speak to disabled former soldiers, be presented with a sword and try out a toy car.
Judging by the pictures he was a bit too big to enjoy the car properly.
